Biweekly Time Card Calculator
Total two separate workweeks with clock-in, clock-out, breaks, overtime thresholds, and optional pay estimates.
Why the two weeks are calculated separately
The calculator builds two seven-day time cards. Each week is totaled on its own before the two-week period is combined, so the selected weekly threshold is applied independently to Week 1 and Week 2.
biweekly total = Week 1 total + Week 2 total
Worked example
If Week 1 totals 42 hours and Week 2 also totals 42 hours, a 40-hour arithmetic threshold produces 2 overtime hours in each week, or 4 overtime hours across the two-week period.
The combined total is 84 hours, but the calculator does not apply the threshold once to all 84 hours because the selected model is weekly.
Overnight shifts and blank days
A completed row whose clock-out time is earlier than its clock-in time is treated as an overnight shift ending the following day. Blank rows contribute zero.
If only one of the two clock fields is completed, the calculator flags the row instead of guessing the missing time.
Pay estimate limits
Hourly rate is optional. When supplied, Hourformula estimates pay from the threshold and multiplier you enter.
