How days are added
The starting date is day zero. The calculator moves forward one calendar date at a time and counts only eligible Monday-through-Friday dates.
result date = start date + requested eligible business days
Worked examples
One business day after Friday is Monday. Three business days after Friday is Wednesday: Monday is day 1, Tuesday day 2, and Wednesday day 3.
If Monday is manually excluded, one business day after Friday becomes Tuesday.
Weekend starts
If the start date is Saturday and you add one business day, Sunday is skipped and Monday becomes the first counted business day. Adding zero business days returns the original date unchanged.
